What amenities are included with my stay?
Every room features high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV with premium channels, a coffee maker, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Select rooms also include a compact refrigerator and microwave.
Do you offer smoking and non-smoking rooms?
No, we offer only non-smoking rooms to our guests.
Is parking available?
Yes, all rooms are ground-level with convenient parking directly in front of your door.
Are pets allowed?
We do allow pets at The Lake House Inn!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made prior to 7 days will receive a 100% refund minus credit card processing of 3.6%
Cancellations made within 7 days will receive no refund.
All cancellations need to be made via email to manager@lhimotel.com. The date of the email will determine the cancellation policy.
What is there to do nearby?
Laurie, MO, offers great fishing, hunting, and lake activities, as well as shopping and dining just a short drive from our affordable hotel.
Is there housekeeping every day?
To keep costs down and the price of the rooms to our guests,we only offer housekeeping when a stay is over 3 nights. We have staff generally on site every day, so that if something is needed, we can generally accomodate a guest.
How will I get my check in info?
All guests will receive thier check info the morning of their stay via text and email. Make sure to provide the correct information when booking.
Is there is a discount for longer stays?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for any stay 7 nights or more. This discount will be automatically applied.
Where is the cheapest place to book a room?
Our website is far and away the least expensive place to book by as much as 20%. Book direct and save.
When will me credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged 7 days out from your stay automatically. If the reservation is made within 7 days, the charge will happen at the time of booking.
